vIndustries and Commerce Minister of State Mr. K. K. Vishnoi today appealed to farmers to stay aware and move in step with the changing India while addressing the gathering at the Chief Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Program. He emphasized that farmers should actively benefit from the welfare schemes of both the central and state governments. Praising the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mr. Vishnoi said that India today holds a distinct position on the global stage. He noted that India is currently the world’s fourth-largest economy and is swiftly moving toward becoming the third-largest. “We must move with the changing India,” he urged, calling upon farmers to ensure their participation in this era of global progress.
He made these remarks on Saturday during the program held at the Balotra Panchayat Samiti Auditorium. During the event, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma released the fourth installment of the Chief Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme for farmers from Nadbai as part of the state-level event and extended greetings to farmers on the occasion of Dhanteras, Diwali, and upcoming festivals.
Minister of State Mr. Vishnoi highlighted the Bhajanlal government’s efforts to empower and strengthen farmers. He reminded the farmers that several welfare schemes are being run by both the central and state governments for their benefit and urged them to take advantage of these schemes to improve their economic condition and contribute to the nation’s growth.
On this occasion, Pachpadra MLA Dr. Arun Choudhary congratulated all farmers on receiving the fourth installment of the Chief Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi. He said that the Rajasthan government, under the leadership of Bhajanlal Sharma, has enhanced farmers’ benefits by providing ₹3,000 annually under the Chief Minister’s scheme in addition to the ₹6,000 provided by the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi, thereby raising the total support to ₹9,000 per year. He added that the state government is helping farmers advance with improved seeds and modern technology, and encouraged all farmers to make full use of these schemes.
The event was also attended by District Collector Mr. Sushil Kumar Yadav, Superintendent of Police Mr. Ramesh, local public representatives, and a large number of farmers.
