New Delhi: Delhi Police have busted an alleged organized vice racket operating from a house on S.N. Marg near Ajmeri Gate in the central part of the capital, rescuing eight women, including one minor girl aged below 17, officials said.
During the raid, police found several young men and women inside eight separate chambers of the premises. Investigators said the establishment was allegedly being run by gang leader Rahul and his wife Kumari, who are accused of operating the network.
Police have arrested three managers — Gopi Ram Parihar, Lumakant Pandey, and Alia Pinky — who were allegedly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the premises.
The raid led to the recovery of approximately ₹1.97 lakh in cash, along with foreign currency, marijuana, sex-enhancing capsules, hundreds of liquor bottles, beer cans, condoms, knives, transaction records, and other objectionable items.
Officials said the seizure points to the existence of a large and well-organized illegal network, with evidence suggesting systematic financial transactions and coordinated operations.
