AXISCADES Technologies Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Mistral Solutions Private Limited, has secured a significant domestic supply order from Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence.
The order involves the supply of Signal and Data Processing Units along with associated spares and is valued at an estimated ₹100 crore, based on the final purchase order value and terms agreed in the Minutes of Meeting. The contract execution is scheduled over a period of two years.
Bharat Electronics Ltd is the awarding entity for the order, which strengthens Mistral’s position as a key technology partner in India’s defence electronics ecosystem. The order is purely domestic in nature and aligns with the government’s focus on indigenisation and self-reliance in defence manufacturing.
AXISCADES clarified that there is no promoter or promoter group interest in BEL, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
The development underscores AXISCADES Technologies’ growing footprint in the defence and aerospace segment through its subsidiary Mistral Solutions, highlighting its capabilities in advanced signal processing and mission-critical electronics systems.
