Blue Cloud Softech Signs Digital Transformation MoU in Senegal
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Senegal's Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Affairs and GCIB for Africa to support the country's digital transformation and innovation ecosystem.
The three-year, non-binding and non-exclusive framework covers digital transformation, e-governance, digital products and services, research, pilot projects, training, data governance, emerging technologies and public-private partnership opportunities. The agreement also proposes digital testbeds and sandboxes and aims to support Senegal's New Deal Technologique, including initiatives such as the Senegal Digital Factory and AI Factory.
BCSSL CEO Dr. Chandrashekar Mudraganam highlighted the company's capabilities in AI, cloud computing and cybersecurity. The company said future projects under the framework will require separate agreements and that the MoU does not create financial obligations for the parties.
Ola Electric Proposes ₹999.74 Crore Rights Issue
Ola Electric Mobility Limited has proposed a rights issue of 37.02 crore partly paid-up equity shares at ₹27 per share, targeting up to ₹999.74 crore.
The issue will be offered in the ratio of 2 rights shares for every 25 fully paid-up equity shares held as of October 13, 2026. The company has submitted its Letter of Offer to SEBI, BSE and NSE. The issue is scheduled to open on October 22 and close on October 30, 2026.
Dynamic Services Gets ₹1 Crore Commercial Taxes Order
Dynamic Services & Security Limited received a ₹1 crore work order from the Directorate of Commercial Taxes for providing 22 housekeeping and scavenging personnel. The contract runs from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2028.
Polycab Faces CIRP Petition; Company Plans Appeal
The NCLT Ahmedabad Bench admitted a petition initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process proceedings against Polycab India over an alleged operational debt of ₹2.79 crore. Polycab said it believes the matter constitutes a commercial dispute and plans to appeal before the NCLAT. The company said it had net cash exceeding ₹4,000 crore and net worth of ₹11,682 crore as of FY26.

Varun Beverages plans to invest up to ₹4.10 crore for a 26% stake in Jager Renewables, a solar-power SPV for captive consumption in Uttar Pradesh.
Tavexia Lifecare approved the acquisition of up to 60% of Meyonex Pharmaceuticals for ₹67.19 crore, while SKIL Infrastructure's 13th Committee of Creditors meeting is scheduled for October 8 as part of its ongoing CIRP.
Global Market Cues
US markets were slightly lower in the latest indications, with Dow futures at 51,114.71 (-0.13%), S&P 500 at 7,801.74 (-0.22%) and Nasdaq at 27,538.69 (-0.22%).
Asian markets were also mixed to negative. GIFT NIFTY stood at 22,548.50 (-0.19%), Nikkei 225 fell 0.93%, Hang Seng declined 0.62%, while Shanghai Composite gained 0.31%.
