US equities witnessed sharp volatility on Tuesday, with several small-cap stocks posting outsized gains and losses, while trading activity remained concentrated in major technology names and ETFs.
Among the top gainers, Swarmer Inc (SWMR) surged an extraordinary 520%, leading the “most advanced” list. Cybersecurity firm Hub Cyber Security Ltd. (HUBCZ) followed with a 471.42% jump, while Lunai Bioworks Inc. (LNAI) climbed 162.77%.
Other notable gainers included Talkspace Inc. (TALKW), up 126.67%, and bioAffinity Technologies Inc. (BIAFW), which rose 72.97%.
On the downside, Meiwu Technology Company Ltd. (WNW) led declines, plunging nearly 80%. Biopharmaceutical firm Aldeyra Therapeutics Inc. (ALDX) dropped 70.69%, while Creative Media & Community Trust Corp. (CMCT) fell 69.61%.
Li Bang International Corporation Inc. (LBGJ) declined 63.01%, and Talon Capital Corp. (TLNCW) slipped 56.53%, underscoring the heightened risk in smaller, speculative counters.
Most Active Stocks
Trading volumes were led by Lunai Bioworks Inc. (LNAI), which saw over 548 million shares exchanged, followed by Jet.AI Inc. (JTAI) with more than 408 million shares. U Power Limited (UCAR) also recorded strong activity.
Among major names, NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) remained one of the most actively traded stocks by both share and dollar volume, despite slipping 0.70% to $181.93.
In terms of dollar volume, the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY) led activity, followed by NVIDIA Corporation, Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ), and Tesla Inc. (TSLA), which posted a modest gain of 0.94%.
Chipmaker Micron Technology Inc. (MU) stood out among large-cap movers, rising 4.50% amid continued interest in semiconductor stocks.
