A remarkable 36% of the cohort achieved 40 points or above, underscoring the exceptional academic caliber of the Class of 2026. The graduating class has earned admission to some of the world's most prestigious universities like Dartmouth College, Brown University, Carnegie Mellon, UC Berkeley, Johns Hopkins, USC, UCLA, London School of Economics, Imperial College, Bocconi, RCSI, HKU, LaSalle, National Institute of Design, etc. and are set to begin their academic journeys at leading institutions across the world. They have also been awarded scholarships currently exceeding USD 8 million, recognizing academic excellence, leadership, creativity, service, and exceptional potential.
“I feel ecstatic right now seeing the culmination of two years of studying pay off like this. I am so grateful to my parents, sister and friends for their support - this accomplishment demanded constant discipline, hard work and attention to detail, and I could not have sustained that effort without my circle. Thank you to my incredible teachers, counsellors and school leadership for constantly believing in me and pushing me to do my best. For the last 8 years, Greenwood High has always given me every support and guidance I could ever ask for, and I am truly so grateful to them for going above and beyond to help me succeed, said Amisha Sharma, former School Captain, who achieved a perfect score of 45 points.
“Honestly, it’s a strange mix of shock and quiet confidence, because I never put in the long hours of studying most people associate with getting a 45. This accomplishment is largely due to Greenwood High teachers who always had time for us, held us to a high standard without judgment, and made the subjects feel worth being curious about rather than just worth passing. My preparation came down to perfect practice with concepts, working on assessments and after every attempt, reviewing the data to work on my shortcomings,” said another topper Varun Vasudevan Iyer, former School Vice Captain, who too achieved a perfect score of 45 points.
