Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh, Anurag Jain, on Wednesday reviewed government schemes, programmes, and law-and-order arrangements through a video conferencing meeting with Commissioners, Collectors, and Superintendents of Police from Mantralaya, Bhopal, and issued necessary instructions.
Chief Secretary Mr. Jain directed all districts to complete all necessary pre-monsoon disaster management preparations. He also instructed officials to ensure safe storage of produce procured under the Minimum Support Price (MSP) procurement programme and to make prompt payments to farmers. He emphasized the need to identify, earmark, and allocate suitable land for industrial areas in every Assembly constituency, and to focus especially on bank loan financing to promote industries.
During the meeting, he also reviewed the Jal Ganga Conservation Campaign, measures to promote fisheries, installation of cages in reservoirs, timely disposal of revenue cases, and approval of cases under the PM Relief Scheme and Rahveer Yojana, while issuing necessary directions regarding these matters.
At the NIC Hall in Neemuch, Collector Himanshu Chandra, Superintendent of Police Rajesh Vyas, District Panchayat CEO Aman Vaishnav, ADM B.S. Kalesh, along with district officers from various departments, were present during the meeting.
