BMW Industries Ltd reported strong financial performance for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026. In Q4 FY26, the company posted operating income of ₹209.5 crore, marking a 33.3% year-on-year increase, while profit after tax rose 88.1% to ₹33.16 crore. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹57.66 crore with a margin of 27.5%.
For the full year FY26, operating income stood at ₹665.23 crore, up 5.8% year-on-year, while profit after tax increased 8.1% to ₹81.12 crore. The company reported an EBITDA of ₹165.14 crore for the year.

E-commerce platform Meesho reported a significant reduction in losses for Q4 FY26. The company’s consolidated net loss narrowed by 88% year-on-year to ₹166.3 crore, compared to ₹1,391.4 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased 47.1% to ₹3,531.2 crore.
Total income for the quarter stood at ₹3,647 crore, while total expenses rose 44.4% to ₹3,807.1 crore. On a sequential basis, losses declined by 66% from ₹490.7 crore.
For the full year FY26, Meesho reduced its losses by 65.6% to ₹1,357.7 crore, while operating revenue grew 34.5% to ₹12,626 crore. The company’s net merchandise value (NMV) rose 43% year-on-year to ₹11,371 crore in Q4, with order volumes also increasing 43% to 71.7 crore orders.
