Management Commentary
Commenting on the Company’s overall performance, Sanjay Jain, Chairman, Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, said:
“FY26 was a transformational year for Enviro Infra Engineers Limited as we strengthened our core water and wastewater infrastructure business by completing several large and complex projects ahead of schedule, while continuing to integrate waste-to-energy solutions. This has significantly improved the Company’s pre-qualification capabilities for complex wastewater treatment projects across the country.
The year also witnessed a significant improvement in the order book position, although the order finalization process was impacted by delays in bid evaluations. This, along with delays in project execution due to extended design approval phases and the global crisis during March, resulted in a spillover of topline projections.
During the year, the Company forayed into the renewable energy segment. In its very first year of operations, the renewable business established a presence across three verticals — Solar, Wind, and BESS — through the acquisition of solar IPP projects, a BESS IPP project, securing 930 MWh BESS projects from NTPC under EPC, and the acquisition of Suyog Urja Limited, a Wind EPC company. The acquisition brought execution experience of over 1,200 MW projects and an active execution pipeline of approximately 1,702 MW.
We have de-risked the Company through major diversification initiatives and by entering the B2B renewable energy segment. With increasing investments in water infrastructure, renewable energy, and energy storage in India, Enviro Infra Engineers remains well-positioned to capitalize on long-term growth opportunities and deliver sustainable value creation.”
