Per Capita Income & Employment
Per capita income in Uttar Pradesh is estimated at ₹1.20 lakh in 2025–26.
More than 9 lakh youth have been trained, and over 5 lakh youth secured jobs in various companies.
The unemployment rate has declined by 2.2%, according to the government.
Uttar Pradesh: India’s Largest Mobile Manufacturing Hub
Uttar Pradesh is now the largest mobile phone manufacturing centre in India, producing 65% of the country’s total mobile phones.
About 55% of India’s electronics component units are located in the state.
Electronics exports have reached ₹44,744 crore.
With strong investment in industry and technology, the state has achieved a ‘Leader’ ranking in the national Startup Rankings.
Agriculture & Rural Economy
The state will develop Agri Export Hubs to boost agricultural trade.
Uttar Pradesh ranks No. 1 in agricultural production, including wheat and potato output.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, around 62 lakh farmers have benefited.
The government highlighted record sugarcane payments to farmers.
Growth, Investment & Infrastructure
Per capita income continues to rise, with rapid growth in investment across sectors.
Around 6 crore people have moved above the poverty line in recent years.
The state plans to establish new data centres to strengthen the digital economy.
