Mumbai, November 18, 2025: JSW Energy on Tuesday announced that Pritesh Vinay, Director (Finance), has resigned from the Board to pursue opportunities outside the JSW Group.
Vinay will continue in his role until December 31, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition, the company said in an exchange filing.
JSW Energy has initiated a search process to identify his successor, and the company will announce the appointment once finalised.
