NTPC Limited, India’s largest power generating company, has been ranked 14th in the 2019 ‘Great Place to Work’ rankings in India, further strengthening its reputation as a leading employer.
In addition to this achievement, NTPC has also been recognised as the ‘Best PSU’ and ‘Best Organisation’ in the category of companies with more than 10,000 employees.
The award was received by Saptarshi Roy, Director (HR), and C. K. Mondol, RED (West-1), along with other senior HR officials, on behalf of the organisation.

A testament to its high-trust, high-performance culture, NTPC has featured on the prestigious list for the 11th consecutive year, improving its position by 11 ranks compared to the previous year.
