Adani Green Update: US DOJ Seeks Dismissal of Charges
Adani Green Energy informed exchanges that the US Department of Justice has filed a motion seeking dismissal with prejudice of charges against Gautam Adani, Sagar Adani, and Vneet Jaain.
If approved by the US court, the dismissal would prevent any future prosecution related to the alleged securities fraud and wire fraud conspiracy case. The company clarified that Adani Green itself is not a party to the proceedings.

Seshaasai Technologies reported robust Q4 FY26 earnings performance with consolidated revenue rising 9.6% YoY to ₹404.1 crore.

Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers posted strong FY26 performance with:
- Revenue rising 21.1% YoY to ₹976.6 crore
- EBITDA increasing 19% to ₹99.5 crore
- PAT growing 20% to ₹70.1 crore
The company also announced aggressive expansion plans in fertilizers, chemicals, and renewable energy, including:
- 4.5 lakh MTPA fertilizer capacity addition
- 72,000 MTPA chemical expansion

AJAX Engineering FY26 PAT Declines Despite Margin Improvement
AJAX Engineering reported FY26 revenue of ₹2,103 crore, up marginally YoY, while PAT declined to ₹225 crore from ₹260 crore last year due to higher costs linked to new emission norms.
However, Q4 remained stable:
- Q4 revenue stood at ₹758 crore
- EBITDA rose 4% YoY to ₹115 crore
- PAT increased to ₹95 crore
The company said it regained market share in the self-loading concrete mixer segment and expects infrastructure-led demand to support future growth.
