Gurugram, February 6, 2026: ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ACME Solar) has secured a 301 MW / 1,204 MWh assured peak supply project under SECI FDRE-VII in an e-reverse auction conducted on February 5, 2026. With this win, ACME Solar’s diversified contracted portfolio has reached 8,071 MW, spanning solar, wind, storage, hybrid, FDRE, and round-the-clock (RTC) solutions. The formal Letter of Award is expected shortly.
Under the bid terms, ACME Solar must supply 4 MWh per MW of contracted capacity for any four hours daily during non-solar hours, while maintaining 70% monthly and 85% annual availability. The project will integrate solar generation with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) technology and leverage the company’s existing night-time grid connectivity to ensure reliable peak power delivery.
Stock Market Update:
Shares of ACME Solar Holdings Ltd were trading at ₹223.72, down ₹3.39 (-1.49%) on the day. The stock moved within a ₹223.47 – ₹227.11 intraday range, with a market capitalization of حوالي ₹11,377 crore. The company reported ₹1,512 crore revenue (TTM), reflecting its growing presence across renewable and firm power solutions.
