Jaipur, January 30, 2026:
Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Friday inspected the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline 181, reaffirming the state government’s commitment to a sensitive, transparent and accountable administration focused on timely grievance redressal.
During his visit to the Secretariat, the Chief Minister interacted directly with citizens through the helpline, listening to their concerns and issuing on-the-spot instructions to officials for prompt resolution. He also sought public feedback on various welfare schemes of the state government.
Several grievances were addressed during the interaction. Pinki Yadav from Kotputli-Behror sought assistance in obtaining a disability certificate, while Jitendra from Dungarpur raised issues related to caste and domicile certificates. Lajwanti from Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, also requested help regarding a domicile certificate. The Chief Minister directed officials to resolve these cases expeditiously.
Kishanlal from Bhojasar village in Ratangarh, Churu, informed the Chief Minister about delays in issuance of a residential land patta at the gram panchayat level. CM Sharma instructed officials to ensure immediate action in the matter.
The Chief Minister also reviewed the helpline’s complaint registration, monitoring and follow-up mechanisms, directing authorities to strengthen monitoring so that grievances are resolved within stipulated timelines.
