The NITI Aayog launched the 4th edition of Women Transforming India (WTI) Awards in collaboration with the United Nations to recognize and promote women entrepreneurs in India, focusing on the theme Women and Entrepreneurship.
The initiative is part of the Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP), which supports women-led startups and business ventures. Partners like WhatsApp provided funding support for winners.
The platform aims to encourage, mentor, and financially support women entrepreneurs across India, strengthening the ecosystem for women-led innovation and enterprise.
