1. Migration and Mobility
Agreement between the Government of India and the Government of Russia on temporary labour activities of citizens of one country in the territory of the other.
Agreement between India and Russia on cooperation to combat irregular migration.
2. Health and Food Safety
MoU between India’s Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and the Ministry of Health of Russia for cooperation in healthcare, medical education and medical sciences.
MoU between India’s Food Safety and Standards Authority (FSSAI) and the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being of Russia for cooperation in food safety.
3. Maritime Cooperation & Polar Waters
MoU between India’s Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways and Russia’s Ministry of Transport on training experts for ships operating in polar waters.
MoU between India’s Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways and the Marine Board of Russia on maritime cooperation.
4. Fertilisers
MoU between JSC Uralchem and Indian companies — Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd., National Fertilizers Ltd., and Indian Potash Ltd.
5. Customs & Trade Facilitation
Protocol between India’s Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) and the Federal Customs Service of Russia on exchanging pre-arrival information on goods and vehicles.
Bilateral agreement between India Post and Russian Post (JSC “Russian Post”).
6. Academic Collaboration
MoU between the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (Pune) and Tomsk State University (Russia) on scientific and academic cooperation.
Agreement between the University of Mumbai, Lomonosov Moscow State University, and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) Management Company on academic collaboration.
7. Media Cooperation
MoU between Prasar Bharati (India) and Gazprom-Media Holding (Russia) on broadcasting cooperation.
MoU between Prasar Bharati and National Media Group (Russia).
MoU between Prasar Bharati and The Big Asia Media Group (Russia).
Addendum to the MoU between Prasar Bharati and ANO “TV-Novosti” for broadcasting collaboration.
MoU between Prasar Bharati and TV BRICS Joint Stock Company.
Announcements
Programme for the Development of Strategic Areas of India-Russia Economic Cooperation until 2030.
Russia announced its decision to adopt the Framework Agreement to join the International Big Cat Alliance (IBCA).
MoU between the National Crafts Museum & Hastkala Academy (New Delhi) and Tsaritsyno State Historical, Architectural, Art and Landscape Museum-Reserve (Moscow) for the exhibition “India: Fabric of Time.”
Russia will receive a 30-day free e-tourist visa from India on a reciprocal basis.
Free group tourist visas will also be extended to Russian nationals.
