To accelerate infrastructure and development in the rural areas of the region, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has announced several major development projects. During a program held in Karhibazar village under the Bhatapara development block, the Chief Minister gifted the region important projects including a cultural building, a network of roads, and new school buildings. These announcements are expected to open new avenues of development not only for Karhibazar but also for several nearby Gram Panchayats.
Special focus has been placed on infrastructure and education for the development of Karhibazar village. A grand cultural building will be constructed at a cost of ₹25 lakh for social and cultural events of all communities. In addition, a CC road will be built from Sukalu’s house to Siddh Baba Marg at a cost of ₹25 lakh for the convenience of villagers. In a major step toward improving education, the Chief Minister also announced the construction of new school buildings for the Higher Secondary School in Karhibazar as well as in Kodwa village, providing students with a better educational environment.
Apart from Karhibazar, the Chief Minister announced several development works worth lakhs of rupees for other Gram Panchayats in the region. Under these projects, a marriage/community hall will be constructed in Vitkuli village at a cost of ₹20 lakh. To strengthen rural connectivity, CC roads costing ₹10 lakh each will be constructed in Gram Panchayats Kothmi, Mopka, Koni, Borsi, Kodwa, Patan, and Rampur.
Following these announcements by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, a wave of enthusiasm has spread across the rural areas of the Bhatapara development block. Local public representatives and villagers expressed deep gratitude to the Chief Minister for expanding essential facilities such as roads, buildings, and education infrastructure. Residents believe that once these projects are completed, the villages will undergo significant transformation and daily life for rural citizens will become easier.
