The Rajasthan High Court has ordered an ACB investigation against Discom Chairperson and IAS officer Arti Dogra. The bench of Justice Ravi Chirania issued this order while hearing the petition of Superintendent Engineer RK Meena.
The High Court remarked, “The Discom Chairperson deliberately withheld the decision on the investigation against the petitioner for several months. In these circumstances, there appear to be sufficient grounds to suspect corruption in this matter.”
Therefore, the ACB should investigate this case and submit a report within three months. The court said - We believe that the CMD has failed to fulfill her duties.
