Jaipur, March 27, 2026 — The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has put in place extensive and multi-layered security arrangements to ensure a fair, transparent, and credible conduct of the Sub-Inspector Recruitment Examination 2025, scheduled for April 5 and 6.
Around 7.70 lakh candidates are expected to appear across 1,174 examination centres in 41 cities across the state, making it one of the largest recruitment exams in Rajasthan.
High-Level Security & Monitoring Framework
Given the sensitivity of the examination, the आयोग has prioritised strict confidentiality of question papers, secure storage, and time-bound distribution. A coordinated monitoring system involving district administration and police has been activated to curb malpractice, impersonation, and suspicious activities.
To strengthen candidate verification and prevent fraud, several tech-enabled measures have been made mandatory:
- QR code-enabled admit cards
- Compulsory original coloured photo ID
- Extensive video recording at all centres
Strict Restrictions Around Exam Centres
To maintain discipline and prevent unfair practices:
- All cyber cafés and e-Mitra centres within a 100-metre radius of exam centres will remain closed during exam hours
- Entry of electronic devices, including mobile phones and Bluetooth devices, is strictly prohibited
- Special flying squads and supervisory officers will conduct continuous inspections
Surveillance on Suspicious Candidates
The Commission has directed coordination with the Additional Director General (SOG), district collectors, and police superintendents to keep a close watch on identified and suspicious individuals. Their records are being monitored through police databases to prevent any interference with the examination process.
Accountability & Compliance Checks
Vigilance teams will ensure that all exam personnel strictly follow guidelines and security protocols. Even staff members are barred from carrying electronic gadgets inside centres. Any violation or irregularity will be documented and acted upon immediately.
