The Rajasthan government intensified its public service outreach in Sirohi district as Divisional Commissioner Kanhaiyalal Swami conducted a surprise inspection of a Rural Service Camp at Kailash Nagar Gram Panchayat under Shivganj Panchayat Samiti on July 9. The initiative aims to ensure faster grievance redressal and effective implementation of the state's welfare schemes.
During the camp, officials resolved more than 622 revenue and panchayat-related cases, while 45 land ownership (patta) certificates were distributed to eligible beneficiaries, providing legal ownership and administrative relief to local residents.
In the presence of the Divisional Commissioner, officials from multiple government departments addressed public grievances on the spot and informed villagers about various welfare schemes available under the state government.
Swami also distributed official documents to beneficiaries and reviewed the functioning of the camp to assess the delivery of citizen services at the grassroots level.
Residents welcomed the initiative, stating that such rural service camps provide timely access to government services, simplify administrative procedures, and help resolve long-pending issues without requiring repeated visits to government offices.
