Jaipur, 24 November. As part of the MP Sports Festival 2025, a 200 km ‘Vedanta Tour de Thar’ international cycling race was organized for the first time in the country in Bikaner, initiated by Union Law Minister Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal. The closing ceremony was held on Sunday night at Raisar, Bikaner, with Shri Meghwal as the chief guest.
Several dignitaries including Shri Meghwal, senior advocate and former Additional Solicitor General Ms. Pinky Anand, Fit India Deputy Director General Shri Mayank Srivastava, Director Shri Nadeem Ahmad Dar, Dungargarh MLA Shri Tarachand Saraswat, District Collector Ms. Namrata Vrishni, BDA Commissioner Ms. Aparna Gupta, Mahant Shri Vimarshanand of Laleshwar Mahadev Temple, Haldiram Group Chairman Shri Manohar Agarwal, LLC India Project Director Shri Vijay Kumar, and Bikaji Group Chairman Shri Deepak Agarwal felicitated the winners.
Singapore’s Law Minister Mr. Edwin Tong shared a live message during the event.
Top 10 Honored in Elite Men’s Category
In the 100 km Elite Category (Men), the top 10 cyclists — Sahil Kumar, Vishwajeet Singh, Sachin Desai, Mukesh Kumar Kaswan, Surya Thattu, Venkappa Kengallagutti, Arshad Faridi, Chirag Sehgal, Advaith Shankar SS, and Krishna Nayakodi — were awarded and honored.
Top 10 in Elite Women’s Category
In the 100 km Elite Category (Women), the top 10 performers — Swasti Singh, Soumya Antapur, Harshita Jakhad, Danamma, Vaishnavi Gabhane, Suhani Kumari, Yogeshwari Kadam, Parul, Aarti, and Krishna Chaudhary — were felicitated.

₹27 Lakh Worth of Prizes Distributed
CFI official Shri V.N. Singh said that prize money worth ₹27 lakh was distributed.
In the Elite category, the top 10 prize amounts were: ₹1.25 lakh, ₹90,000, ₹75,000, ₹60,000, ₹50,000, ₹40,000, ₹35,000, ₹30,000, ₹20,000, and ₹15,000 respectively.
In the Amateur category, winners across age groups received:
1st: ₹75,000
2nd: ₹60,000
3rd: ₹50,000
Overall winners were awarded:
