Jaipur, April 21, 2026: The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) elections at Unnati Nilay Society, located on Sirsi Road, were successfully conducted on April 19, 2026, resulting in the formation of a new governing committee.
A total of 13 members have been elected to the new committee, which will officially assume office from April 26, 2026, for a tenure of two years.

- President: Anand Sharma (won by 57 votes)
- Vice President: Rajesh Tiwari (won by 26 votes)
- Secretary: Vinay Chaudhary (won by 43 votes)
- Treasurer: Ashutosh Sharma (won by 52 votes)
- Joint Secretary: Brij Mohan Innani (won by 11 votes)
Other Committee Members
Navneet Sharma, Vinita Nirwan, Pooja Gupta, Diksha Sharma, Abhishek Singh, Umesh Sharma, Amit Mangal, and Narendra Swami will serve as committee members.
Strong Participation from Residents
The society, comprising 567 flats, witnessed enthusiastic participation from residents. Around 30 candidates contested the elections, and voting turnout exceeded 65%, reflecting strong community engagement.
Transparent and Peaceful Election Process
According to newly elected Secretary Vinay Chaudhary, the elections were conducted in a fair, transparent, and peaceful manner, with active participation from residents.
A dedicated five-member election team—Sunil Jangid, Pradeep Kumar Nirwan, Idris Ali, Naveen Gorwal, and Vikas Chand—oversaw the voting process.
The elections were conducted under the supervision of Society Patron Vishvender Singh Rathore and former Vice President Kumar Rajan Singh.
