Jalandhar, February 13, 2026 — The Jalandhar Zonal Office of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has restored six attached immovable properties valued at approximately ₹20.21 crore to State Bank of Patiala and Catholic Syrian Bank, following an order dated February 6, 2026, issued by the Special PMLA Court in Mohali.
According to ED officials, although the properties were attached at a value of ₹20.21 crore based on sale deed records, their current market value is estimated to be around ₹50 crore.
The properties had earlier been attached under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002 in connection with an ongoing money laundering investigation linked to investor fraud involving M/s Nature Heights Infra Limited and its director Neeraj Thatai alias Neeraj Arora.
As per the court’s directive, the restored assets include commercial properties located in Fatehgarh Sahib district of Punjab. The restoration was permitted after the court reviewed claims of the secured creditor banks in accordance with PMLA provisions.
The case pertains to alleged financial irregularities and cheating of investors, with ED continuing its investigation into the broader money laundering network connected to the accused entities.
