Mumbai: Indian IT major HCLTech has partnered with Hockey Victoria to support the Melbourne Cobras franchise ahead of its debut in the Hockey One League in Australia.
As part of the collaboration, HCLTech will build a digital fan engagement platform designed to strengthen interaction between fans and teams through live insights, match analytics and interactive content. The initiative aims to expand the sport’s popularity and deepen fan engagement in both Australia and India.
Dr Reddy’s Gets Court Relief in Semaglutide Patent Case
Pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy's Laboratories secured a favourable ruling from the Delhi High Court in a patent dispute involving Semaglutide, a drug widely used for diabetes and weight management.
The court upheld an earlier decision allowing the Indian drugmaker to manufacture the medicine domestically and export it to countries where Danish pharma major Novo Nordisk does not hold patent protection. The court declined to grant an interim injunction requested by Novo Nordisk.
Dr Reddy’s clarified that the matter remains sub-judice and currently does not constitute a material disclosure event under SEBI regulations.
Corporate Moves: Clean Max and Oriana Power
Renewable energy company Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has signed a share purchase agreement to sell its wholly owned subsidiary Clean Max Andes Private Limited to Web Werks India Private Limited for ₹26,000. The transaction is expected to close by 31 March 2026. The subsidiary recorded nil turnover and a negative net worth in FY25.
Meanwhile, Oriana Power Ltd appointed Amit Jain as Senior Management Personnel from March 10, 2026. The company also approved an investment of ₹50,000 to acquire the remaining 50% equity stake in ORITECH Power Private Limited, turning the associate entity into a subsidiary to strengthen operational synergies.
