SIS India Limited, Anuppur (Madhya Pradesh), with the support of the district administration and the Superintendent of Police, is organising large-scale employment-cum-registration camps across all police station areas of the district for the recruitment of security guards, security supervisors, recruitment officers, and security officers.
The employment camps aim to provide permanent employment up to the age of 65 years to eligible candidates after registration and completion of training. The recruitment drive will be conducted on the following dates and locations:
January 2, 2026 – Janakpur Police Station area
January 3, 2026 – Jhagarakhand Police Station area
January 5, 2026 – Khongapani Police Station area
January 6, 2026 – Khadgawan Police Station area
January 7, 2026 – Kotadol Police Station area
January 8, 2026 – Kunwarpur Police Station area
January 10, 2026 – Manendragarh Police Station area
Senior company official Vivek Kumar Singh stated that this initiative presents a golden employment opportunity for unemployed youth of the Manendragarh–Chirmiri–Bharatpur district as well as youths from across Chhattisgarh. Selection will be conducted based on physical standards and written examinations.
Only selected candidates will be required to pay an online registration fee of ₹350, which must be paid directly through their own mobile phones.
Selected candidates will be provided permanent postings at industrial units, educational institutions, banks, ATMs, hospitals, government ITIs, colleges, shopping malls, hotels, metro stations, airports, and major industrial establishments across India. In Madhya Pradesh, postings may also include prominent heritage and cultural sites such as the Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Taj Mahal, and Humayun’s Tomb.
Salary will be provided as per the State Government’s wage norms for lower-grade employees, with a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹32,000 and an annual increment of 10 percent. Additional benefits include medical and insurance coverage up to ₹30 lakh, provident fund (PF), bonus, mess and accommodation facilities, and education support for two children.
The age limit for applicants is 19 to 40 years, with weight between 56 kg and 90 kg, and minimum height ranging from 167.5 cm to 170 cm (as applicable). A total of 840 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive.
Candidates with educational qualifications ranging from Class 10, Class 12, graduation, NCC, diploma, and those who are physically fit are eligible to participate in the employment camps.
