Panchayati Raj institutions will be strengthened for integrated rural and urban development.
A Comprehensive Mobility Plan will be implemented at all divisional headquarters.
Traffic at major roads and intersections will be made signal-free using IPMS and smart traffic solutions.
Urban development will follow Master Plan-based planning, ensuring affordable housing and improved civic amenities.
