The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) on Thursday issued appointment orders for 60 clerks. These orders have been released based on the final result of the Clerk Grade-II/Junior Assistant Combined Direct Recruitment Examination–2024 conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board.
According to the Commission Secretary, selected candidates must report and assume charge by September 25, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the appointment order. The candidates have been appointed temporarily as Probationer Trainees for a period of two years.
Key joining guidelines:
Documents: At the time of joining, candidates must present all original educational documents, certificates, a valid photo identity proof, and two recent passport-size photographs.
Affidavit: Candidates are required to submit an affidavit on a ₹50 non-judicial stamp paper declaring that all information and documents provided are true. The affidavit must also disclose any pending criminal cases. Additionally, candidates must give undertakings related to non-smoking, non-acceptance of dowry, and having no more than two children born after June 1, 2002.
Health & Character Certificates: Candidates must submit a health certificate issued by the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) of their district, along with character certificates issued by two responsible persons and their last educational institution.
Police Verification: Within 15 days of assuming charge, candidates must submit an online police verification certificate to the Commission office.
Document Verification: If at any stage the documents submitted by a candidate are found to be forged or incorrect, their services will be terminated immediately, and legal action will be initiated against them.
